Faisal Al-Baghdadi has a deep interest in the issues that plague the Middle East. Born in Canada, he spent much of his childhood in Bahrain, where he was exposed to both the vibrant culture and certain religious sentiments. Graduating from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Law, he is particularly interested in the issue of war crimes, and the lack of consequences the perpetrators of such crimes have seen.
