Duterte’s War On Drugs Brings Further Deaths
On January 23rd, members of both the Philippine National Police and the Philippine Marines attempted to serve a warrant to a residential community in Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao. The compound was tied to Pendatun Adsis Talusan, a former village chief, who the police suspected of involvement in the illegal drug trade.
